Nice art

I have learnt about doing little tiny strokes and nice big lines. I have learnt not to rush while painting and trying your best. From my art work I learnt to take take your time and to never say never. The hardest part was trying to make make big lines but I tried my best. I liked drawing 

and painting. I could improve by doing my work putting dark lines.

My year reflection 2014

What did I enjoy? Using scratch to learn moving our animations.

What did I not enjoy? The screen often freezes.

What new things have I learnt? How to use scratch using animations.

Abel tasman

Abel Tasman national park is located on the top of the South Island. it is between golden bay and Tasman bay, near Nelson an the Cookstrait. Abel Tasman national park is named after

Abel Tasman, he was the first European man to see NZ.

People like to tramp and camp at the Abel Tasman national park some people even like to kayak

On the Abel Tasman water it is so nice and clear you can see it is so blue it is beautiful.  They

also like to keep trapping around Abel Tasman national park they also stop at the beautiful

Beach sit is nice. They even have it pack all the stuff that they need for their trip.

In Abel Tasman national park their are heaps of animals like birds and possums, dears, and goats, penguins, and also wild pigs, their are also sea animals like dolphins and seals lions people like to watch the animals. The people would love seeing all those animals.

mitre peak

Mitre peak is a prominent peak at the bottom of Tei wai ponamu near Milford sound. It named

After a bishops point of his hat. The peak rises almost sheer above the sound nearly 2000meters. Part of the reason for its iconic status is its location.

Cape Reinga

 

Cape Reinga is the most northern point. In New Zealand it is a beautiful place to explore. Located at the top of Te Ika a Maui, Cape Reinga is 500km from Auckland City. From the lighthouse you can see the white sands and dunes of 90 mile beach.

at the south of the North Island. The ferry of Wellington going through the Cook Strait to Picton.

Wellington is serrounded by hills.

The Wellington Earthquakes happens frequently. There is three fault lines which means their is

a weakness in the earth crust. When Wellingtons earthquakes happens the Wellington buildings are safe because They are made out of wood.

When you have a important test then you have to sleep early. So when you wake up your brain

and you are ready to learn.so have a good sleep. 

Have a good breakfast like bix, but not the soggy one. Eat healthy food and. Go for it now 

Be healthy food. So if you sit there eating unhealthy food you will not improve at school.

Sarah C is a artist based in Mangawhai Heads. She began selling her limited edition range on corrugated iron. Because the demand was high she sold out of paintings. The people wanted paintings that hang on the fence or in the garden.

through the air bye the end of the wall as Allen pushed Steve down Steve the chicken was ready to blast off up to the school hall as Bethan and Allen pumped air pressure came out of the air when Bethany got ready to pump she got ready until she got all wet by the water

Magically Emily carefully pulled the silky sheet Emily tried to make the cups still on the table when she pulled the silky sheet off she gently pulled the sheet by the end off the sheet when she pulled it off. As she was ready to get started she pulled the sheet off now she opened her eyes at last she so the cup's still on the table.

Folding the paper precisely I created a paper aira plane. Tumbling up on the bench we got ready to launch the aira planes. When we jumped High above the sky or aira planes sailed through the air.

Samoan language week

This morning at assembly  I saw alot of Samoan people that was going to selabrate the new year Samoan language week national anthems. i saw tamaki college on stage dancing really well in front of the people that got really amazed bye the people who where dancing on the stage I saw the tamaki college smiling in front of the people. I loved how the Tamaki college was singing  the national anthems songs i like when they sang there song.

Jorelle angry birds

Angry birds is a game and it is a lot of fun.         

Potential energy is when you pull back the rubber band. Kinetic energy is when you reales the rubber band and the bird goes flying. Gravity is when you reales the bird and it goes flying and gravity pulls the bird down. Action and reaction means when you close your eyes and you want to have a sleep. Momentum is when you run fast and you can't stop.

Angry bird is a fun game because you get to heat the pigggiesand we learn potential energy and kinetic energy.

Fly experiment

Purpose: yesterday morning class12 tested the rocket. Bye trying to test the rocket fly so the rocket gets more enrgy.

Materials: one rocket one handle one rubber band.

Method: we tried to put the rocket. Onto the rubber band and pull the blue handle so the rocket gets heaps of energy.

Observations: when when gravity pull the blue handle really straight. It didn't work so we tried to do it again.

Conclusion: from this experiment where energy comes from is its first portenteil energys power comes from us.

Fiafia groups

Watching the fiafia groups it was really exciting when crazy minions Came along doing their funny dances. People were cheering for the minions. They did'nt look like Minions though, it looked like Levi. The music sounded like Pharrel Williams Happy. Children were singing the happy song.

Dependent and Independent Clauses

We have been learning all about independent and dependent clauses in complex sentences.

This complex sentence that I have written uses a dependent and independent clause. A dependent clause, needs extra detail so that it can complete the sentence, whereas an independent sentence could actually make a sentence on its own.

Here is my sentence:

Temperature Question

This morning the temperature was 12 degrees celsius.

By 12pm it had increased by 7 degrees so it is now   19 degrees celsius.

By 6pm the temperature then dropped by 5 degrees to be  14 degrees celsius.

Now at 8pm, it has dropped 3 more degrees, so the new temperature is   11  degrees celsius.
