Have a good breakfast,sleep early, have a good smile in the morning 

I am going to explain to you what you have to do when you have a important test.

When you have a important test then you have to sleep early. So when you wake up your brain
and you are ready to have a good sleep. 

Have a good breakfast like bix, but not the soggy one. Eat healthy food and. Go for it now 
Be healthy food. So if you sit there eating unhealthy food you will not improve at school.

    Such a wonderful list to start the day. I think that we all know that a healthy breakfast is really important but my favourite one from your list of things to remember would absolutely be to have a smile in the morning. Such a little thing but such an important thing to do for the students and to think if everyone smiled at each other first thing in the morning what a happy place all our schools would be.
